Another big project. As you can see, it was getting dark when we finished it so the pictures aren’t the best and we didn’t have time to hose it down before the pictures were taken, but it turned out great. The deck is 650 square feet, featuring a 14′ x 20′ screened in room. The screened in room has a cathedral ceiling and gabled roof and features and electrical package which consists of six recessed lights, a ceiling fan, and an outlet. The deck itself was built was Fiberon Horizon composite decking in the Rosewood color. The railing is all black aluminum railing. All of the posts and beams are wrapped in white pvc trim. Another special feature of this deck is the flared steps.

This was an amazing deck rehab (just take a look at the first picture which is the after picture compared to the second picture which is the before picture). The new deck is 625 square feet and was done with Azek Morado composite decking, white vinyl rails, and metal balusters. The porch is 12′ x 16′ with a cathedral ceiling finished with PVC beaded vinyl. The porch also features an electrical package with four recessed lights, a ceiling fan, and an outlet.

It’s been a couple of years since we’ve done an all wood deck. Most customers now are interested in low maintenance and composite materials. However, if funds are a concern, an all wood deck is a great option. This custom deck was constructed with pressure treated lumber and black aluminum balusters and consists of two areas, a 14′ x 23′ and a 9′ x 6′ section. A matching gate was also included.

This deck rehab was a large one. The deck already featured a drop down area and porch but we added on to the deck to accommodate a new sunroom that Welcome Home built. The old decking was completely removed and new decking was added to the entire 1,450 square foot deck. Azek Morado covers the majority of the deck, but the floor features two decorative inlays of Azek Acacia with Azek Redland Rose colored borders. A white vinyl pergula was also added to the deck where the grill was placed. White vinyl railing and black balusters were also used.

Take a look at these before and after pictures! This deck rehab was a very interesting one. The client had a very old deck on a rental property that had collapsed while people were on it. He called Welcome Home Decks to come, demo the old deck and porch, and replace it with a new all-wood deck. This 10′ x 21′ deck was built with our customary free-standing methods. The client can rest assured that this deck will last a very long time.
