Custom Home – Northern Baltimore County – Shutters, Paint, Columns, Tile

The first week of December isn’t even over yet, but things are still rolling at the custom home. The second floor rooms have been painted in their final coats, primer has been put on the walls of the first floor rooms, and the great room and family room have been trimmed out for their final color paint. The masonry on the porch is completed and the columns have been installed. Shutters are now hung on the windows outside and look great. Stone is being installed on the chimney and tile has been laid in a few rooms.

The custom home is really starting to look like a “house” now. During the month of november, drywall went up as well as trim and baseboard. The front porch was finished, garage doors were installed, and interior doors were hung. The masonry and siding were completed in November as well. By the end of the month, primer was put on the drywall and a few coats of the finish color were added in various rooms!

October 2009 – Jarrettsville, MD

This deck rehab was a rather small job that included the replacement of old railing to new vinyl rail with metal balusters. In addition, white azek trim was added around the deck and stairways to give it a nice, fresh look. Railing was replaced on the front steps of the house as well as on the deck and hot tub platform at the back of the house. Take a look at the before and after pictures and see how a simple change like replacing old railing can really make a huge difference in the appearance of a deck.
