The first part of this project was to demo the existing front porch and build a new one. The new porch was 9′ x 30′ and guilt with pressure treated wood flooring and white viny railing. The second half of the project was to add a 10′ x 12′ screened-in porch to the existing deck. The new porch features a cathedral gable ceiling and an electrical package for lighting, outlets, and ceiling fans.
This 868 sq ft deck was built with Azek Arbor Morado PVC decking and white vinyl railing with bronze balusters. All posts and beams were wrapped in white vinyl and the deck features two flared staircases and a low-voltage lighting package.
This deck rehab was for a 20′ x 16′ deck that features Azek Morado PVC decking with wood rails and black aluminum balusters. The wood railing is finished with an Azek Morado top rail. The 165 sq ft patio features EP Henry Coventry I pavers.
